I'm still working with a low budget living situation, therefore, I am utilizing all items I have left in the fridge, mashing things all together into impromptu delights.
Unsloppy Veggie Crumble sandwich:
1)1/4 medium spanish onion (thinly sliced)
2)1/4 medium red pepper (thinly sliced
3)a few mini portobello (thinly sliced)
4)Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
5) 1/2 cup veg crumbles
6)Olive oil or Earth Balance (currently all i have left)
7)Braggs Amino Acids (1/2 tbsp)
8)Spices to taste: (1 tsp or 2)
~Salt/Pepper
~Onion/Garlic powder
~Cumin
~Chili powder
~Paprika
9) A dash of Molasses or 1 tbsp of sugar
10) Squirt of Ketchup (optional)
11)Sliced of your favorite bread, lightly toasted
12)alfalfa sprouts
13)Dijon mustard

Saute veggies until nice and soft, then add crubles, braggs and spices, brown for about 5-7 minutes, add the ketchup if you like and sugar or molasses. Mix together so all ingredients are good and combines. Butter the toasted bread, shovel on the delicious unsloppy mix, top with alfalfa and put dijon on to taste. Enjoy! <3>
